Privacy Policy

SingluarX Inc (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") considers the protection of users' personal information to be extremely important while providing pTimeJob (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), and has established and adheres to this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") to comply with relevant regulations such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection" and the "Personal Information Protection Act."

The Company's Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in relevant laws and guidelines or changes in the Company's internal operating policies. 1. Personal Information Collection Items and Purpose of Use

The Company collects only the minimum amount of personal information needed to provide the Service as follows.

  • The Company collects and processes name, email, and password as essential information during membership registration to confirm the user's intention to register, verify identity, identify individuals, limit the number of registrations, verify consent from legal representatives when collecting personal information of children under 14, verify the legal representative's identity later, and confirm the intention to withdraw membership.
  • The Company collects the name and email address of legal representatives in the process of obtaining consent when users under 14 years of age register as members.
  • The Company collects Client ID and user usage records for user analysis and service improvement purposes. Client ID is used to identify programs installed on each computer, and a new ID is assigned upon installation when using the service without membership registration. Client ID is an anonymous ID that cannot identify a specific individual and cannot be used for personal identification purposes.
  • The Company collects name, email address, phone number, or consultation details to understand and respond to customer inquiries for the purpose of providing better service through service consultation. Additionally, customers can send error data that occurred during service use to the Company for more accurate error diagnosis. This is not essential information to collect, and the Company does not use this personal information for purposes other than those specified below.
  • The Company collects payment information (credit card information, personal identification information) only from those who wish to pay for paid services. Collection and processing of payment information is carried out by payment agents, and the Company does not store specific information about users' payment methods.
  • In addition, the Company may collect information automatically generated during the user's service use or business processing, such as service usage records, OS type and version, access logs, advertising identification information, device information, etc., and the Company may use this information for user analysis and service improvement purposes.

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Information

The Company collects personal information through the following methods to provide smooth service.

  • Direct entry by members during membership registration through the registration page in mobile applications and desktop programs
  • Collection through information collection tools (including cookies) during service installation and use
  • Collection through voluntary provision by members during use, etc.

3. Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

In principle, the Company promptly destroys users' personal information once the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. However, according to the Company's internal policy, when a member withdraws or the Company terminates the usage contract with a member, the Company retains personal information for 1 year from the date of termination to prevent rights abuse, misuse, prepare for various disputes, and cooperate with investigations.

Notwithstanding paragraph 1, if retention is necessary according to relevant laws such as the "Protection of Communications Secrets Act," the information will be retained for that period. In this case, the Company uses the stored information only for the purpose of storage.

Other personal information processing records for compliance with obligations under the law may be retained for the period necessary to prove such responsibility.

4. Outsourcing Personal Information Processing

The Company outsources users' personal information for service improvement after obtaining user consent or disclosing or notifying relevant matters in accordance with relevant laws. The Company enters into outsourcing contracts containing the matters specified in Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act and supervises the processor to ensure that personal information is processed safely.

5. Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company uses users' personal information within the scope notified in the collection and usage purpose and does not use it beyond this scope or provide it to other individuals or companies/institutions. However, the following cases are exceptions:

  • When investigative agencies request personal information for investigation purposes in accordance with procedures and methods set forth in relevant laws
  • When providing information to advertisers, partners, research organizations, etc., in a form that cannot identify specific individuals for statistics, academic research, or market research
  • When there are requests in accordance with other relevant laws
  • In other cases where the provision of personal information to third parties is necessary, the Company may provide personal information to third parties after notifying the collection and usage purpose, items, retention period, etc., and obtaining the user's consent.

6. Personal Information Destruction Procedures and Methods

In principle, the Company promptly destroys the relevant information after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved. The specific destruction procedures and methods are as follows:

7. Rights and Obligations of Users and Legal Representatives

  • Users (or legal representatives for those under 14) have the right to request access to or modification of their registered personal information at any time, and may withdraw consent for personal information use by deleting the service or notifying the Company. However, the email address entered during registration cannot be modified.
  • Users have the responsibility to protect their own personal information and not to infringe upon others' personal information. Please be careful not to disclose your email and other personal information and take care not to infringe upon others' personal information.
  • Users must keep their personal information up to date, and users bear responsibility for problems arising from inaccurate information entered by users.

8. Operation of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices and Choice

The Company operates cookies on the service website. Cookies identify the browser being used and are used to provide useful and convenient services to users, such as usage pattern analysis.

  • The Company strives to immediately correct and rectify any issues found by checking the implementation of the Privacy Policy and compliance of personnel through an in-house personal information protection dedicated organization.

10. Personal Information Protection Officer

The Company is doing its best to provide the best services by safely using personal information. However, despite technical supplementary measures, the Company assumes no responsibility for information damage caused by unexpected accidents due to basic network risks such as hacking, and various disputes caused by posts written by users and third parties.
