Subscription Plan Information
Monthly Subscription: 3,000 KRW ($3 USD)/month
Annual Subscription: 20,000 KRW ($20 USD)/year (approx. 1,667 KRW/month)
Monthly Subscription: 5,000 KRW ($5 USD)/month
Annual Subscription: 30,000 KRW ($30 USD)/year (approx. 2,500 KRW/month)
Full Refund
- A full refund means receiving a 100% cancellation through the payment method used at the time of payment.

The conditions for a full refund are as follows:
- Apply within 7 days of paying for a premium plan
- Have not used any premium services at all
- Full refunds are only possible if all of the above conditions are met.
- Even if the request is made within 7 days, a refund is not possible if there is a history of service use.
As soon as the refund process is completed, subscription service will be discontinued, and you will be converted to a free user.
Partial Refund
- Partial refunds are not provided in principle.
- However, only in cases where the service cannot be used normally due to the company's responsibility, we will refund the amount calculated on a pro-rata basis for the period of service unavailability.

How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be submitted through one of the following methods:

- Customer Service: 1588-0000 (Weekdays 10:00-18:00)
Important Notes
- Mobile phone payments may have different refund methods according to the payment gateway's policy.
- Only full refunds for the current month's payment will be refunded through the same payment method.
- If a refund via bank transfer is required, we will request refund account information, so your cooperation is appreciated.
- Refund processing may take up to 3-5 business days to complete after the request.

This refund policy has been prepared based on the "Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce" and the "Content Industry Promotion Act."
